Therapy and tutoring services, provided through Ignite Pediatric Therapy, are subscription-based services, billed monthly at the onset of services. Therapy subscription services include the cost of a comprehensive evaluation and weekly treatment session.

Many families do not have any insurance coverage for therapy services or it is inadequate. The out-of-pocket cost after deductibles and coinsurance can still be quite substantial. Subscription services keep costs lower than traditional service models.

James P. Alters M.S., CCC/SLP is a licensed and nationally Certified Clinically Competent speech language pathologist with twenty-three years of experience working with the pediatric population. In his tenure, he has worked in the public school system, outpatient pediatric rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and owned and operated a private practice, following the subscription service model, in Greenville, South Carolina.
